If you’re into rapping but you simply don”t have the right voice and skill then this is just the app for you. Autorap is an innovative new app designed by Smule. It is available on iOS and Android devices.
All you have to do to make this work is to record whatever you wish to rap and the app will convert your speech into a rap song. The app has two modes, “talk mode” and “Rap Mode”. In Rap Mode, you rap with the beat and the app automatically corrects any mistakes you”ve made and plays it back. In Talk Mode, the app records your speech and then plays it back like a rap song. You can change the beat it tunes your voice to but you have to purchase plays for the other premium beats to work. There are freestyle beats for which you initially get 20 plays, but these run out soon and you have to purchase more. After you”re done, the app also gives you the option of sharing your recordings with your friends via Facebook ,Email, Bluetooth, etc. The app has a really friendly and attractive interface. It has mostly gotten 5 star reviews in both the stores. According to the app’s description in the stores, Jay Z has described the app as “The death of Auto-tune.” 
The only bad thing about the app is that you have to purchase plays in order to use different beats. This takes away the essence of the app actually being free of cost. Other than that, many users have experienced difficulties in installing the app on their Android devices. Let’s hope Smule comes up with a fix for this in the app’s next update.
